There are also a few more exceptions where winners can remain anonymous under certain conditions. In Arizona, winners of jackpots 💎with a value of $100,000 or more may request that their names not be made public while the Georgia Lottery allows winners of $250,000 or more to remain anonymous.
In Ohio, it’s possible to create a trust to claimꦬ your winnings anonymously.
In a few states, you need to win over a certain﷽ amount to qualify for anonymity. In Minnesota you need to win over $10,000, in Illinois you need to win over $250,000, in Texas and West Virginia the prize needs to be $1,000,000 or more, and in Virginia your prize has to exceed $10 million.
